Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to everything published with Proezi. Last updated: October 2026.

Why this matters

People open Proezi links to find a door, pay someone, or check who they are dealing with — and they act on what they read. Every page must therefore be honest, current, and published by someone entitled to publish it. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.

Not allowed

  • Phishing and impersonation. Publishing payment details or business identity for a person, company or organisation you do not represent, or presenting a page as coming from someone else.
  • Fraud and scams. Payment pages that collect money under false pretences, fake or borrowed registration and tax numbers, or anything designed to deceive a payer.
  • Misleading or dangerous directions. Directions meant to send people to the wrong place, into unsafe areas, or somewhere they are not permitted to go.
  • Malware and harmful links. Links or files that install malicious software, steal credentials, or attack devices or services.
  • Illegal content. Anything unlawful where you or your visitors are, including content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
  • Harassment and private information. Threats, hate, or harassment, and publishing other people’s personal information without their permission.
  • Spam. Mass-producing pages or notifications to advertise, manipulate search results, or flood people with unwanted messages.
  • Attacking the service. Trying to access other workspaces, get around rate limits or security controls, or overload Proezi. Report vulnerabilities instead (see the Security page).

How we enforce it

Proezi platform administrators can take a published arrival page offline, suspend a user account, or suspend a whole workspace — which immediately stops all of that workspace’s public arrival, payment and business pages from being served. Every such action requires a written reason and is recorded in an audit log. We may act without notice when visitors or payers are at risk, and may refuse service to repeat abusers.

If a Proezi page looks fake, fraudulent or harmful, do not pay or act on it. Email support@proezi.com with the full link and what is wrong. Payment and business pages also carry a “Report this page” link. Security vulnerabilities go to security@proezi.com.
