Proezi Arrival — directions beyond the map. Last updated: September 2026.
The short version
Visitors who open an arrival link need no account and leave no personal profile. Registered users sign in with Google and we store the minimum their workspaces need to function. We do not run advertising or sell data.
Visitor arrival pages (no account)
Opening a Proezi arrival page never requires sign-up. To keep directions useful we count anonymous, aggregate events — page loads, route picks, map opens, arrival taps — attributed to a rotating daily code that cannot identify a person or link them across days. The optional “Did you get to the right place?” answer stores the chosen reason and, only if typed, the short comment — shown to the place’s owners so they can fix the directions. No visitor accounts, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts on arrival pages.
Registered users (Google sign-in)
Workspace members sign in with Google using identity scopes only: we receive your Google account ID, name, email address and profile image. We never request or store your Google password, contacts, calendar or drive. Your name and email are used to sign you in, to show colleagues who edited what, and for the workspace notifications you or your workspace owners configure (for example arrival alerts or staleness review reminders). Platform administrators additionally set a separate password for the admin console, stored only as an Argon2id hash.
What owners publish
Arrival content (names, addresses, steps, photos, notes) is published by workspace owners at their responsibility. Owners can unpublish or archive a place at any time; published pages then stop being served. Owners choose per place whether the page may be indexed by search engines (the default is not indexed — unlisted but working links).
Deleting your data
Signed in, you can request account deletion from your profile page; workspace owners manage their places and their content directly. Raw anonymous visit counts are pruned on a rolling basis once aggregated. If you have questions, contact support.
