What’s new

Features and fixes that have shipped to proezi.com, newest first.

  1. Pricing, About, Roadmap and Help center pages

New pages explain that Proezi is free during early access, why Proezi exists, what we are working on next, and which providers process data on our behalf. Pricing and Help are now in the header of every public page.

  2. Emergency contact buttons on arrival pages

Owners can add up to four always-visible buttons — such as Call Reception, Call Security or WhatsApp Support — near the top of an arrival page. One tap opens the visitor's own dialler or WhatsApp; Proezi never places the call.

  3. Blog and Storify linked from the footer

The Proezi blog and Storify are now reachable from the footer of every public page.

  4. A dashboard after you sign in

Signing in now lands on a workspace dashboard that summarises everything in one place: live and draft places, places due for review, payment pages, business identity, images, team and the last seven days of visits.

  5. Share anything with ease

The home page now leads with what Proezi is for — one always-current link for every answer you share on repeat — and shows every feature as a live demo before the explanations.

  6. First sign-in always creates your workspace

Fixed a problem where a brand-new account could sign in without a workspace and miss menu items such as Team, Payments and Business.

  7. Business identity pages (/biz)

Publish your registrations and tax IDs on one link so people can check who they are dealing with. Numbers are format-checked against their public check digits — Proezi never claims a registry lookup.

  8. Payment details for more countries

Payment pages gained nine more transfer types, including UK Faster Payments, SWIFT wire, Canadian EFT, Brazilian PIX, Mexican CLABE, Australian BSB and PayID, Chinese CNAPS and Japanese Zengin, each with real format checks.

  9. Copy buttons on payment pages

Every value on a public payment page — IBAN, account number, UPI ID and more — now has its own Copy button, so payers never retype details.

  10. Payment details pages (/pay)

Share validated bank, UPI and PayPal details on one link, with a QR code and a printable sign. Proezi only publishes the details — it never handles the money.

  11. Arrival pages in more than one language

Owners can translate a place's directions; visitors get their browser's language automatically and can switch with one tap.

  12. Works offline at the door, and adds to calendars

An arrival page you have opened stays readable when signal drops at the entrance, and visitors can add an event's time and place to their calendar.

  13. Event mode

Give a place an event window: visitors see “Happening now” during the event and a clear notice once it has ended.

  14. Embeds, branding, templates and duplicate

Embed an arrival card on your own website, add your logo and accent colour, start steps from a preset library, and duplicate a place to reuse its directions.

  15. Proezi Arrival is live

Step-by-step arrival directions from the map pin to the right door — routes, annotated photos, live notices, QR signs, visitor feedback and simple analytics — on one link that needs no app or account.
